We are seeking an experienced Painter and Decorator with strong knowledge of damp and mould treatment to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in surface preparation, remedial works, and high-quality finishes, with a good understanding of damp-related issues in residential properties. Key Responsibilities: Identify and treat mould and damp-affected areas Prepare surfaces including stripping, washing, sealing, and stabilising Apply mould-resistant and breathable coatings Carry out internal painting and decorating to a high standard Work in occupied properties with professionalism and care Follow health and safety procedures, including use of PPE Requirements: Proven experience as a Painter and Decorator Practical experience dealing with damp and mould issues Knowledge of anti-mould treatments, sealers, and specialist paints Good attention to detail and strong workmanship Ability to work independently and manage workloads Full UK Drivers licence
