130/135k + optionsTalentedge is partnering exclusively with a FinTech scaleup that has expanded from offering a single product in the UK to multiple service lines internationally.As Head of Financial Control, you will be responsible for developing the financial control function to support rapid company growth.Key responsibilities:

Own the entire financial control environment, including producing consolidated statutory and management accounts.Lead all tax requirements (local and international).Support the rollout of a new SaaS product offering from an accounting perspective.Lead regulatory reporting, partnering with FCA and other regulated bodies.Evolve and improve existing processes, leveraging technology to automate tasks.Mentor and grow the financial control team.Profile:

ACA qualified with relevant PQE within an FCA regulated environment (late-stage VC-backed or private equity).Experience with US operations is highly advantageous but not essential.Strong technical accountant with a commercial mindset.Treasury/banking experience and transfer pricing knowledge are advantageous.Experience working with NetSuite.Please get in touch ASAP if you meet the required experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
