Groundworks Supervisor / Site Manager Location: Dereham, Norfolk Sector: Residential Groundworks Duration: 2 months minimum, with potential for extension Start: Immediate / ASAP EA Associates are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworks Supervisor / Site Manager to work on behalf of an established groundworks subcontractor on a large residential project in Dereham, Norfolk. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in supervisory/site management roles, with previous experience overseeing large residential groundworks projects. Duties and Responsibilities Managing the day-to-day running of the site Reporting directly to Contracts Managers Managing labour levels and allocating resources effectively Carrying out site inductions Overseeing site operations and ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently Maintaining high standards of health and safety across the site Liaising with site teams, subcontractors and management Requirements SSSTS or SMSTS First Aid Relevant Health and Safety qualification/ticket Proven experience in a Groundworks Supervisor / Site Manager position Previous residential groundworks experience is essential Strong communication and organisational skills Up-to-date CV required Duration This is a minimum 2-month position, with the potential for a longer-term extension depending on the project and performance.
