Walfinch Norwich are looking for experienced Complex Care Workers to work flexibly in the community, providing care to individuals with Complex Care needs, including those requiring nursing care, working alongside an RGN.Location: Walfinch, Norwich AreaResponsibilities

Provide complex care in clients'' homes in the Norwich area, including nursing care alongside an RGN.Maintain accurate documentation and follow policies and procedures.Demonstrate excellent communication and respond to changing care needs; think on your feet and follow company policies.Maintain confidentiality as you work within a client’s home.Qualifications

Experience in Complex Care is essential.Driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.NVQ in Health and Social Care or similar qualification (preferred/desirable).Must have lived in the UK for the last six months.Benefits
