This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor looking to progress their career within a well-established dealership that values expertise and customer service excellence.

Duties of the Service Advisor:

• Handle customer enquiries and queries promptly and professionally
• Qualify service requirements and diagnose vehicle running issues where appropriate
• Establish agreement with customers on the work to be carried out
• Clearly explain work carried out on vehicles, ensuring customer understanding and approval
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer service standards as a-Service Advisor
• Maintain accurate records within relevant systems at all times

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive sector
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Good understanding of vehicle systems and common issues
• Positive attitude and professional approach to work
