About the Organisation This charity supports young people aged 16-30 from low-income and underrepresented backgrounds across London. Through enterprise training, one-to-one coaching, and real-world experiences, they help young people build the skills and confidence needed to shape independent, enterprising futures. About the Role Reporting to the CEO, the Operations and Facilities Manager will lead on all aspects of operational delivery, facilities management, and strategic improvement.
