Commercial Parts Advisor -Pembrook Resourcing are currently seeking a Commercial Parts Advisor to join their client, A well renowned dealership retailer in the area.The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience working within a similar background.Responsibilities - Take orders over the telephone, upselling to increase invoice valueOutbound calling to raise customer awareness and achieve higher salesBuild long-term rapport with local customersActively promote offers, discounts and customer competitionsLimit credits and returns by ordering and sending the right parts, first timePunctual, organised and efficient whilst working towards deadlinesPro-active and enthusiastic when speaking with customersDemonstrate empathy towards customersHave previous experience in a similar environmentEssential requirements - The successful candidate must have a professional telephone manner and possess excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.
