We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to join our clients team in Glouscester for an office and factory fit out. Day rate: 350 per day. Contract length: 18 weeks starting 5th Jan - potentially longer. Scope of work includes: - Office and factory demo / strip out. - MandE installations including gas, AC, ventilation, lighting and power. - Civils including crane base foundations. - Interior and exterior cladding. - Office fit out package including joinery, flooring, glazing, plumbing etc. - Factory fit out package including new RSD''s, whitewalls, floor coastings etc. Living local to the job would be ideal but not essential as accomodation would be paid.
