With continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Liverpool.The RoleAs Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of groundworks packages across residential and housing projects.Key responsibilities will include:Managing the commercial performance of allocated groundworks projectsPreparing and monitoring CVRs, forecasts, and cost reportsManaging subcontract procurement and supplier accountsPreparing valuations, applications for payment, variations, and final accountsReviewing project costs and identifying commercial risks and opportunitiesWorking closely with site and project teams to monitor delivery and financial performanceManaging commercial documentation and contractual requirementsLiaising with clients, developers, house builders, and main contractorsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and ..... full job details .....
