Assistant Quantity Surveyor Wiltshire Competitive Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a projects and facilities management team supporting a major secure estate in Corsham, Wiltshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and detail-focused individual looking to develop their career within Quantity Surveying and commercial management. You will work alongside experienced commercial professionals and gain hands-on exposure across the full project lifecycle, including tendering, procurement, subcontract management, cost reporting and forecasting. The Role As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial delivery of a varied portfolio of projects and works, helping to ensure costs, procurement and contractual requirements are effectively managed. Key responsibilities include: Assess tender returns for accuracy, compliance and value for money. Prepare and issue tender enquiries to contractors and suppliers. Assist with the preparation and placement of subcontract orders, ensuring clear scopes and commercial terms. Support the development of scopes of work, activity schedules and pricing templates. Assist with monthly cost reporting and forecasting. Support the wider commercial team with procurement and project cost management.
