Are you an ACA / ACCA Qualified Finance Manager looking to work part time (4 days a week) in a hands on Sole Charge Finance Manager position? Are you either currently working in industry and looking for your next challenge or are you currently working in practice and looking to make your first move into industry? Do you have experience of, or a strong interest in, commercial property and / or residential property? Are you looking for a role with high levels of responsibility, where you can recommend improvements to the business and help contribute towards a growing and profitable family owned property group? Based in an easily accessible location in Zone 1 Central London (West End Location) and working directly with the owners of the group, your role will include: managing the day to day bookkeeping and financial transactions for a number of different companies, preparation of quarterly management accounts for presentation to the board, VAT returns, preparation of annual accounts, and ad hoc duties as required. The business is looking to potentially expand into new areas in the future so there could be some exciting project based tasks to undertake in the future.
