In this role, you will bridge the gap between education and industry by building strong relationships with local employers, securing high-quality placement opportunities, and directly evaluating student competencies against national standards.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployer Engagement: Build and sustain robust partnerships with Early Years employers to secure, manage, and expand quality placement opportunities.Assessment and Quality: Assess T-Level and ''License to Practice'' students in their placement environments against external qualification criteria.Student Support: Match students to suitable placements, prepare them via tutorials and staff development, and monitor their progress through regular timetabled visits.Placement Administration: Maintain, update, and audit the central electronic placement system to track student achievements, monitor compliance, and generate funding reports.Student Safeguarding: Ensure all placements adhere to strict Health and Safety, Safeguarding, and quality assurance standards.Institutional Support: Assist with wider educational events such as ..... full job details .....
