NDT Inspector / Radiographer

Market leading technology / manufacturing company is looking for industrial NDT Inspectors / Radiographers to join the team at their side in South Oxfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at a company that makes a real difference in their field.As an NDT Inspector / Radiographer, you ll play a key part in ensuring the quality and safety of the components used in life-saving systems. You ll perform critical Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) using X-Ray and other processes to help maintain the highest standards of safety and performance.Initially you will work on a Mon to Fri days role, but due to production demand, the roles will be moving to a 4 on 4 off Days shift pattern (7am 4.30pm) and you must be happy to work this. Benefits: £30k - £50k dependent on experience (% shift premium when shifts start)Good company benefits (Private healthcare, Bonus scheme, discount vouchers)Training can be provided for inspectors with good NDT experience looking to develop Key Responsibilities NDT Inspector / Radiographer: Conduct digital X-ray imaging and other tests.Ensure accurate part marking and documentation of test results.Follow HandS procedures, including Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of Work.Support training, skill development, and documentation of processes.Promote continuous improvement through 5S and lean methodologies.Work closely with Production, QA, Engineering, and other departments to solve technical issues.
