Your Role as a Level 3 EYP

As a Level 3 EYP, you will work with the early years team to support children''s development, wellbeing and daily care routines.

• Set up purposeful play activities that encourage language, exploration and physical development.
• Observe children''s interests and achievements to help plan appropriate next steps.
• Support mealtimes, hygiene and personal care sensitively, following the setting''s procedures.
• Build positive relationships with families and colleagues and maintain safe, welcoming spaces.

What We Are Looking For in a Level 3 EYP

• A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years is essential.
• A Level 3 EYP with experience in a nursery, preschool or school EYFS setting.
• Sound knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding awareness and a nurturing approach to children''s care.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply for one, alongside satisfactory safeguarding checks.
