What You''ll Be Doing Administer and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS) Set up and manage user accounts, courses, learning pathways, and certification records Coordinate virtual and face-to-face training sessions Manage bookings, communications, joining instructions, and attendance records Produce training and compliance reports for stakeholders Ensure training records are accurate and audit-ready Provide first-line support for colleagues using the LMS Support the maintenance and updating of digital learning content Develop user guides, FAQs, and support materials Work collaboratively with internal teams and external training providers to deliver an excellent learning experience. ..... full job details .....
