Senior Quantity Surveyor: Rail Infrastructure Location: London An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major rail framework delivering multi-disciplinary renewal schemes across the Eastern Region. The programme is part of a long-term rail infrastructure framework focused on the delivery of civil engineering, structural, MandE, and station upgrade works. You''ll take commercial responsibility for a section or package of works, managing cost, contract, and change control processes under NEC4 (Options A and C). The role will involve working closely with project managers, planners, and delivery teams to ensure accurate forecasting, cost management, and commercial reporting across a diverse portfolio of rail infrastructure projects.
