About the Role
I am seeking a reliable, organised and proactive School Administrator to join our friendly primary school team in Bradford. This is a part-time position working one day per week, ideally on a Wednesday, with the potential for additional hours if required.
The role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a school environment, is confident about managing a busy office, and has experience in both general administration and basic finance tasks.
Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming visitors, parents and pupils, ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed
• Managing incoming calls, emails and general enquiries
• Maintaining pupil records and supporting attendance processes
• Supporting staff with day-to-day administrative needs
• Handling basic finance tasks such as processing invoices, recording payments and supporting budget tracking
• Updating school systems and ensuring accurate data entry
• Assisting with general office duties to support smooth school operations

About You
We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in a school office or similar administrative role
• Is confident with basic finance processes.
• Is organised, efficient and able to prioritise tasks.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Is comfortable using IT systems and learning new software
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Is committed to maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding standards.
