Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Build and manage audiences, connecting data from Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud. Collaborate with internal teams including Data Science, CRM, Design, and Communications. Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements to maximise impact. Create and manage user journeys in Journey Builder and Data Extensions in Email Studio. Produce email content in Content Builder, including Content Blocks. Write basic T-SQL queries for audience selection and reporting. Perform minor HTML/CSS edits as needed.
