We are recruiting for an experienced and proactive Customer Service Administrator to join a busy and dynamic Customer Service team in this fully office based role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong order processing and Excel skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, manufacturing-led environment supporting both UK and international customers.Hours 8-5 Monday to Thursday Early finish FridayCustomer Service and Order ManagementDeliver a high standard of service to UK and international customers via phone and emailManage end-to-end order processingProvide proactive updates on lead times and delivery schedulesLiaise closely with production, planning, logistics, and sales teamsHandle enquiries and resolve complaints efficientlyMaintain accurate CRM and order system recordsProduct and Systems SupportAssist with product data management and system updatesSupport improvements to internal systemsVisitor and Event Support (Occasional)Greet visitors and maintain a professional, welcoming environmentProvide occasional support during company visits or eventsQuality and Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to enhance service levelsEnsure processes align with quality standardsCollaborate across departments to drive efficiency and customer satisfactionAbout YouMinimum 5 years'' experience in Customer Service / Order Processing / AdministrationStrong Excel skills, confident managing spreadsheets and reportsHigh attention to detail and accuracyExperienced using C
