Review and supervise junior team members'' work, providing guidance on accounting and audit matters. Prepare statutory accounts and financial statements in line with relevant frameworks. Liaise directly with clients, partners, and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality service. Support business growth initiatives and contribute to practice development. Skills and Experience required: ACA/ACCA qualified. Proven experience in an accountancy practice, ideally with audit exposure. Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing standards. Confident in managing client relationships and leading audit teams. Excellent communication, organisation, and analytical skills. Experience with not-for-profit clients is highly desirable.
