PackageSalary negotiable depending on experienceHours 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday25 days holiday + bank holidaysPension schemeBonus schemeEV schemeDeath in service (4x salary)Personal accident coverHealthcare cash plan The RoleYou will manage the metalwork pre-production process, producing accurate manufacturing drawings and technical information to support fabrication and installation.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce detailed AutoCAD 2D and 3D manufacturing drawingsCreate full production packs including cutting lists, CNC files and fabrication detailsIdentify design clashes and resolve manufacturing challenges earlyWork closely with the Metalwork Manager and workshop teamDraft CNC components and schedule materialsRaise procurement requisitions for materials and componentsProvide practical fabrication input (welding, cutting, folding, assembly)Maintain accurate project trackers and attend internal review meetingsRequirementsStrong AutoCAD 2D and 3D experience - essentialHands-on background in bespoke metalwork fabric
