Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, an exceptional local business, to recruit a Receptionist / Administrator on a temporary basis. This role will focus on maintaining the front office area and ensuring you provide an exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders. Based in a modern city centre office, this is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous administrative experience who enjoys a varied role combining reception duties with general office administration.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcoming visitors and managing the front deskAnswering and directing incoming calls and emailsManaging correspondence and performing general administrative tasks (filing, scanning, data entry)Assisting the wider team with day-to-day office operationsDocument formattingAccurately recording confidential informationOverseeing soft facilities within the office, including inventory and plants etc.What we''re looking forPrevious administrative or office experience is essentialExcellent communication and organisational skillsProfessional, friendly, and approachable mannerConfident using Microsoft OfficeAbility to multitask in a busy office environmentWhat''s on offerCompetitive hourly rate (£13-£14 per hour)Monday to Friday working hours (9:00am - 5:30pm)Modern office environment in the city centreSupportive and welcoming teamIf you are an organised individual with strong administration skills and enjoy front-facing office work.
