Lead, support, and mentor junior nurses.Deliver and evaluate holistic care plans for children with complex needs.Step up to lead the unit in the absence of the Sister/Charge Nurse.Drive quality improvement through audits and clinical governance.Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.Package and Benefits
