Are you an Engineering Supervisor or Team Leader from an FMCG background with experience working in an office-based leadership role, looking to step into a senior position where you will take full responsibility for managing a large team, driving performance, and shaping the engineering function?

On offer is a highly autonomous, office-based leadership role where you will oversee a team of up to 21 engineers, with full responsibility for planning, scheduling, and coordinating engineering activities across the site.

This well-established and growing business are known for investing in their people and processes. Due to continued expansion and increased demand, they are looking to bring in a strong Engineering Lead to support and develop their engineering team.

This role would suit someone with proven experience in an office-based engineering leadership role within FMCG or a fast-paced manufacturing environment, looking for a long-term position with stability, responsibility, and progression.

The Role:

• Managing and leading a team of up to 21 engineers
• Planning and scheduling maintenance and engineering activities
• Resource planning and coordination across the site
• Supporting training and development of the engineering team
• Monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement
• 4 on 4 off, days-based (12-hour shifts)

The Person:

• Previous experience in an Engineering Lead, Supervisor, or Team Leader role
• Background within FMCG or fast-paced manufacturing
• Strong planning, scheduling, and organisational skills
• Experience managing large teams and driving performance
