Overview

A local authority based in London is seeking a Civil Litigation/Property Litigation Lawyer for an initial period of three months.Responsibilities

Handle a mixed caseload from the outset, including leasehold service charge recovery (which may involve the FTT).Manage claims under the Equality Act and general debt recovery.Collaborate with other teams that pass cost orders to this department for enforcement.Qualifications

Previous experience in all of the areas mentioned is essential.Local government experience is relevant.Due to the urgent nature of the role, candidates available on short notice are preferred.Notes
