As we continue to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially minded Quantity Surveyor to join our Operations team The Quantity Surveyor at iHus plays a key role in ensuring the commercial success of our timber-frame annexe projects. This is a fast-paced, detail-focused position that requires strong commercial awareness, analytical accuracy, and genuine energy and enthusiasm. Predominantly office-based, the role supports multiple live and upcoming projects by providing cost control, procurement support, commercial reporting, and clear financial guidance to the wider business You will work closely with Project Managers, Purchasing, Design, and Sales teams to help drive value, manage risk, and support continuous improvement across all projects From a commercial and cost management perspective, you will be responsible for preparing, managing, and reviewing project material budgets, monitoring project expenditure, and identifying cost risks and opportunities.
