KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors.Job Title: Additional Learning Support TutorLocation: Home based - must be flexible with national travel to meet learner needsSalary: 30,000Type: Full Time, Permanent Duties:To plan and deliver engaging and motivational support sessions for Apprentices with additional learning needs or barriers to learning.Ensuring appropriate interventions, adjustments and resources are in place and monitored.Work in partnership with the delivery team and employers, to ensure learners are progressing as needed and any reasonable adjustments are identified and actioned.Delivery of support, standardisation and drop-in sessions in conjunction with the ALN manager.Ensure that all paperwork relating to learner progress is logged compliantly in relation to ALS funding.Criteria:Must have demonstrable experience of working with individuals who possess additional learning needs; ideally within an Apprenticeship or Education setting.Ideally hold a SEND qualification at Level 3 or above.Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.Must be flexible with travel across England as needed.Please note:KM Recruitment receive a high number of applications for each role advertised and although we would like to we are not always able to deliver feedback
