Our client is a global asset management firm with international exposure in banking, financial planning, and investment management.The RoleThis Head of Product Management / Senior Product Manager role is suitable for an experienced professional with at least 10 years of asset management or fund management product management experience. The candidate should be dynamic, driven, highly organized, and able to work autonomously. The role involves owning the product management process from start to finish.The Senior Product Management team acts as the central hub for product-related initiatives and project work within the firm, with interaction with senior stakeholders and teams worldwide.The Head of Product Management / Senior Product Manager will manage the product infrastructure platform, focusing on projects to shape its operation.This role includes acting as secretary to the Investment Funds Product Committee and overseeing fund performance reporting.The candidate will communicate effectively with Group Investment Product Committees and chair regular product updates for internal stakeholders, supporting product development initiatives such as building new funds and modifying existing fund offerings to support business growth and regulatory compliance.The role also involves contributing to Consumer Duty reporting and completing AIFMD regulatory reporting quarterly.The candidate will work with external vendors, such as Fundinfo, to streamline product platform operations.Involvement in data management is key, including overseeing EMT, EPT, EET, TPT production and publication, as well as monthly factsheet and KID/KIID production.The role requires oversight of dynamic data publication, including NAVs, GAVs, OCFs, dividends, and holdings data, ensuring accurate publication on internal systems and data vendors.The candidate will serve as the contact point for client tax reporting, handling queries related to share class setup and data requests from cross-border lawyers. Reporting to Asset Management Boards, Mancos, and other stakeholders globally is also expected.The Candidate
