In your new role as a Machine TechnicianTechnical Operator Operation of bespoke machines.Perform quality controlPerform technical cleaning of equipment.Repair/refurb components that are used in the machines.Responsible for the upkeep of tools/toolboxes in ensuring having all the tools at hand all the time.Responsible for the upkeep of the Production workshop in both using and cleaning.Preventative/Reactive maintenance of automated Production lines.Maintain high standards of HandS practicesAble to assist our external software support by having good communication skills to resolve issues/concerns with the Production machines.Actively looking to improve on Productivity and share this drive with other shifts.Be able to train others in due course. Key Skills and Experience required Electrical/Mechanical experience advantageousPneumatic maintenance experienceAnalytical and Basic Computer SkillsStrong IT skillsAbility to read diagrams, technical drawings and manuals.Ability to fault find to component level.Ability to understand production planning to ensure production flow.Excellent time management.Able to work under pressure.A keen eye for detail and the ability to understand and challenge data.
