Project ManagerWe are recruiting fora global FMCG manufacturer seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-impact innovation, product development, and supply chain projects across Europe and internationally.Role OverviewLead a portfolio of projects from feasibility through to launch and transition into production, delivering on time, in full, and on budget. Operate within a structured Stage Gate process, managing risk, change, SAP master data, and cross-functional stakeholder expectations. Collaborate with RandD, Supply Chain, Quality, Marketing, Procurement, and global PMO teams.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn project portfolio delivery for NPD, product changes, and supply chain initiativesLead feasibility assessments and full lifecycle project managementDevelop schedules, track progress in MS Project, and manage risks and dependenciesEnsure smooth handover to manufacturing and commercial productionManage change control and escalate issues impacting time, cost, quality, or scopeMaintain strong cross-functional and global stakeholder relationships RequirementsProven experience managing complex FMCG projects, including NPD or innovationStrong MS Project skills; project management certification desirable (Prince2, PMI, APM)Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder managementProactive, structured, delivery-focused, and able to work under pressureWillingness to travel internationally; fluent English (French an advantage) This a great role where you will take ownership
