Director, Sustainability Integration and Systems. Join the LEGO Group to shape the future of procurement by weaving sustainability into supplier performance management. This role focuses on leading the charge toward a more sustainable supply chain, beyond compliance.Responsibilities

Directs a strategy to integrate sustainability (environmental, social, governance) factors into overall procurement and supplier performance management to enable LEGO’s licence to operate.Develops tools and processes to incorporate sustainability into the supplier lifecycle from selection to onboarding, performance management and responsible exit.Acts as a coordination point to drive an integrated strategy for supplier sustainability expectations/policies and develops a “One Voice” approach to internal LEGO teams and external supplier partners.Directs the design of Sustainable Sourcing management systems to house supplier sustainability expectations, policies and procedures/SOPs.Drives strategy to integrate sustainability into procurement decision making (e.g., development of an integrated supplier expectations framework and sustainability scorecard).Ensures supplier sustainability performance is managed, captured and communicated across procurement teams and to leadership through KPIs, governance processes and regular reporting.Leads and develops a team to advance and operate Sustainable Sourcing management systems and related risk assessment, data infrastructure and insights to minimize supply chain, regulatory and brand risk.Sustainable Sourcing Data strategy

Manages the Sustainable Sourcing data strategy to meet regulatory compliance and LEGO’s sustainability vision.Identifies opportunities to streamline ESG compliance processes through digital tools, dashboards, and automation.Collaborates with the LEGO digital team to develop a system that serves as the central source of truth for supply chain sustainability data.Prepares internal leadership and external public sustainability reporting with accurate and repeatable data.Oversees integrated, repeatable sustainability data insights, analytics and visualization across suppliers to derive actionable insights.Ensures Sustainable Sourcing data processes and systems meet regulatory requirements and align with industry best practice.What you’ll do with us

The Sustainable Sourcing team is a global function within LEGO’s Global Procurement organisation. The team connects business strategy with global product categories and regional procurement teams to deliver optimal sourcing outcomes and advance LEGO’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) agenda. This team operates across ESG pillars and partners with Supply Chain Operations, Procurement, Corporate Sustainability, Responsible Operations, Legal, Government Affairs, and others to drive long-term value and sustainability goals.Do You Have What It Takes

Education in Sustainability, Business or related field (BSc/BA; MSc/MBA preferred).Over a decade of experience in supply chain/procurement within a multinational organization (potentially as a category leader).Knowledge of and experience building, directing, and managing large supply chain/procurement projects.Experience with transformation projects and cross-functional, centralized service delivery models; leadership of high-performing teams in matrix/global environments.Proven ability to address tactical problems with strategic solutions and to enable organizational change; strong communication of technical/project concepts to executives and varied audiences.Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems under pressure, and support leadership with strategic decision-making.What’s in it for you
