This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in Front Office trading application support, FIX connectivity, and capital markets environments. Key Responsibilities Provide production support for business-critical Front Office trading applications. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across the trading environment. Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions to improve platform stability. Respond rapidly to incidents to maintain uninterrupted trading operations. Proactively monitor systems and drive reliability and resilience improvements. Manage and support critical end-to-end trading workflows. Collaborate closely with trading, engineering, infrastructure, and product teams. Act as a subject matter expert for trading systems initiatives. Participate in an on-call rota, including occasional US hours support. Required Experience Minimum 3 years'' experience supporting Front Office trading applications in production environments. Minimum 1 year''s experience supporting FIX connectivity to exchanges or client-side FIX flows.
