Due to a strong and secure pipeline of work, they are now looking to appoint a Stock Condition Surveyor to support the delivery of high quality surveying and asset information across a varied property portfolio.The Stock Condition Surveyor RoleThe successful Stock Condition Surveyor will be responsible for undertaking detailed stock condition surveys across residential and commercial properties, assessing building condition, compliance and maintenance requirements.You will play a key role in collecting accurate asset data, producing professional reports and providing clear recommendations to support maintenance planning and long term asset management strategies.
