Your core responsibilities will include: Diagnosing and repairing a broad range of garage equipment, including vehicle lifts, wheel balancers, tyre changers, and diagnostic tools. Conducting scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure client equipment operates at peak performance and enjoys an extended lifespan. Providing on-site training and support, guiding clients on the proper operation and upkeep of their machinery. Keeping thorough records of all service activities and delivering detailed reports to the management team. Collaborating with both sales and customer service teams to meet client needs and offer suggestions for equipment upgrades or replacements.
