Production Operative / Factory Operative Doncaster DN8 We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Production Worker. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Days and Nights rotating Days Monday Friday 7am-4:30pm Nights Monday Thursday 7:00pm-7:00am Ideally you will have: Some prior experience working within a production, manufacturing or factory environment involving manual work. Driving Licence and own transport (due to remote location) Duties include but not limited too; Manual production including hand painting, pouring concrete in to moulds/pallets, placing moulds in to furnace, etc. Monitoring line and quality checking product Removal of defect products from the production line Logging / documenting any defects Ensuring line is running efficiently at all times Manual loading/unloading product from pallets, etc.
