D365 Finance and Operations Administrator

D365 Finance and Operations Administrator is required by a large organisation to join their IT team supporting critical IT systems and applications. You will be responsible for: Managing application life cycle: configuration, testing, upgrades, and maintenance. 1st and 2nd line support. Maintaining user accounts, permissions, and system documentation. User training and support. Troubleshooting issues with internal teams and external vendors. On-site technical support and preventative maintenance. System development support. Assisting with vendor management and service reviews. Required experience and skills: IT support or application support role experience. Understanding of ITSM practices (ITIL framework preferred). Strong communication skills. Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations experience. Willingness and ability to travel regularly.
