Working alongside experienced specialists, you will advise a diverse client base including SMEs, major corporates, developers, landowners, managing agents, and rural businesses across a broad range of complex and high-value disputes. Key Responsibilities Manage a varied caseload of property litigation matters from instruction through to resolution. Advise clients on a range of disputes including commercial property, agricultural and rural matters, lease renewals, dilapidations, possession claims, rent arrears, breach of covenant, and boundary or easement issues. Provide clear, strategic legal advice to a diverse client base including SMEs, corporates, developers, landowners, and managing agents. Maintain accurate case management, time recording, billing, and compliance standards. Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver an integrated client service.
