This exciting new role offers the right candidate the opportunity to lead LBWP''s new innovative training and development programme enabling ex-service users to develop the skills to become frontline workers and progress into employment. The Programme Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the programme which will run over three years, supporting several cohorts of trainees, working with internal staff and external consultants to deliver the training programme and ensuring all aspects of the programme meet the trainees'' needs.
