Your new role Reporting to the Manufacturing Director, your duties and responsibilities will include:PLC Programming: Writing and developing code for Allen Bradley Rockwell and PLC Siemens S7/TIA Portal.Development: Structured ladder logic, statement list, function blocks.System Communications: Set-up of EtherNet, Modbus, and Profibus.Drives: Set-up of AC/DC drives and inverters.PID Controllers: Knowledge for control of flow, level, pressure, temperature, and humidity.Testing and Validation: Perform testing and validation of hardware/software systems.Commissioning: On-site commissioning of new systems both in the UK and worldwide.Customer Training: Conduct customer training sessions.Software Development: Development of Robot and PLC software.Remote Support: Provide remote customer support, fault-finding, and diagnostics.Health and Safety: Be familiar with Risk Assessment and typical Health and Safety issues in the workplace.Company Procedures: Operate within company procedures.What you''ll need to succeed Experience: Experienced in PLC programming, particularly Allen Bradley.Design and Development: PLC/SCADA system design and development.Systems Kn
