Technology Transformation Consultant

to lead their digital future. They are on the search for a strategic leader who can bridge innovation with operational excellence, shaping and executing a tech roadmap that truly transforms how services are delivered.Develop and deliver a comprehensive IT and digital transformation strategyLead a talented internal IT team and foster a culture of collaboration and learningEvaluate, introduce, and integrate emerging technologies to enhance performance and efficiencyOversee all aspects of infrastructure, systems, and software developmentAlign IT initiatives with wider organisational goals and social impact prioritiesManage third-party tech partners and ensure effective vendor performanceOversee data protection, cybersecurity, and digital risk mitigationShape a modern, agile digital function fit for future growth and service innovationReport to senior leadership and present insights at board levelWhat we’re looking for:Proven experience in a senior IT leadership and digital transformation roleDeep knowledge of systems architecture, infrastructure, and security best practicesExperience leading cloud-based transformation and large-scale tech programmesStrong track record managing teams, suppliers, and budgetsStrategic thinker with hands-on delivery skills and a strong commercial/compliance lensCertifications such as ITIL, PMP, AWS or CISSP are a plusPassionate about using technology to create meaningful, people-first changeSeniority level
