Key Recruitment have a new opportunity for a Demi Chef de Partie to join an award-winning restaurant at an exclusive clubhouse, based in the grounds of a 4 hotel in Chichester. 27,000 Full time - 5 out of 7 days including evenings and weekends Your role will include, but will not be limited to: To liaise with the Head Chef/Sous Chef and implement new menu/dishes/systems where applicable To learn and record skills and recipes from other members of the department To report any maintenance issues to the Head Chef immediately To ensure all statutory regulations are adhered to, such as food hygiene policies What you''ll need: A foundation food hygiene certificate would be an advantage as well as COSHH training Own transport is required due to the rural location Previous experience of working to Demi Chef de Partie level is required or being ready to progress to this level A genuine passion for food and service is essential as is a flexible approach to work Benefits: Event tickets Free gym membership and access to a comprehensive wellbeing programme A health cash plan Company performance share scheme Chef whites are provided Interested?
