Machine Operator - Corby

We are looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join a well-established manufacturing company in Corby, specialising in irrigation equipment. This is a fantastic opportunity for long-term, stable work in a busy and supportive workshop environment.

Pay: -16.55/hr | Overtime: -24.83/hr

• Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 17:00
• Friday: 08:00 - 16:30

• Operating and setting manufacturing machinery
• Working with laser cutting, drilling, bending and threading machinery
• Preparing materials and loading machinery
• Checking finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Following technical drawings and work instructions
• Carrying out basic machine adjustments where required
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Meeting production targets and deadlines

• Previous experience working with factory or manufacturing machinery is preferred
• Experience with laser cutting, drilling, bending or threading machinery would be an advantage
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings or work instructions
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable and willing to learn new machinery and processes
• Good team player with a strong work ethic
• Flexible to work overtime when required

• Overtime available at -24.83/hr
