With new systems, process improvements, and team development on the agenda, they need someone who s confident, proactive, and ready to drive improvement.What you ll be doing:Overseeing all aspects of Accounts Payable, including PO processing, supplier payments, and trade liabilityLeading and developing a team of 5, supporting performance and motivationTransitioning new acquisitions onto the system and improving existing processesDriving efficiency through automation and better ways of workingEnsuring accuracy on high-value payment runs of £200k £500k weeklyWorking closely with management accounts and finance leadershipResolving legacy queries and managing a smooth knowledge handoverWhat we''re looking for:Previous experience managing a Purchase Ledger teamExcellent knowledge of AP processes, from start to finishStrong problem-solving skills and an organised, proactive approachComfortable challenging the status quo and leading changeExperience with Sage
