MMP Consultancy is currently seeking a Technical Lead for a programme of works in a Local Authority based in South London. 350 - 400 per day (Inside IR35)Office working required minimum 3 days with on site visits.DetailsTitle: Technical Lead Rate: 350 - 400 per day (Inside IR35) Contract: Interim Location: South LondonKey Duties:Be the responsible person for HHSRS and Technical related queries in delivery of a Stock Condition Surveyor programme within the Property Services department of a local authority. Understanding of HHSRS and Structural assessments.Recognise patterns and quality of information as well as be the accountable person for quality of delivery through contract management and internal / external stakeholder engagement. Manage on site team for quality assurance.Management of work flow and deliver to contractual obligations.Remain consistent and communicate effectively, produce updates and progress reports as required.Experience Required:Must hold a relevant qualification (Surveying, HHSRS, Building Studies)Holds experience in a similar role for circa 5 yearsSocial housing experience.
