LondonA Fit-out Construction Manager is required for a main contractor in West London. The project is a major multi-billion pound project working on a mixed-use scheme.The purpose of this role is to oversee the fit-out of a major mixed-use scheme, to ensure it is completed on time and within the budget that has been set.

ResponsibilitiesOversee the fit-out of a major mixed-use scheme to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.

Ideal Candidate

You must be degree qualified or have a similar construction degree.

You must have worked on major schemes in commercial offices, residential, or mixed use schemes.

You must have a strong background in fit-out.

Interiors background is desirable.

You will need experience in managing subcontractors.

Health and safety certificate.

CSCS card.
