About the RoleMTVH are looking for a Caretaker to deliver high-quality estate services across designated schemes, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for residents. This role plays a vital part in maintaining customer satisfaction by supporting estate operations, carrying out minor repairs, and working closely with other teams to protect MTVH''s assets and uphold service standards. Therefore, as part of the Customer Services team, you will work collaboratively with housing, maintenance, and support teams to provide excellent front-line service. You will be visible on estates, engaging with residents, addressing issues promptly, and contributing to a safe, welcoming, and well-managed environment.
