An established manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Senior Process / Manufacturing Engineer to lead, inspire and deliver continuous improvement across engineering and production operations.This is a hands-on role for a technically strong engineer who can combine leadership, structured problem-solving and project delivery to improve processes, introduce new machinery and support business growth.The Role You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of departmental activities while driving improvements aligned to business plans.
