Creation of Nomad Group Procurement supplier records, within a controlled environmentOngoing supplier master data maintenanceMain administrative liaison between Procurement Operations, Procurement Buyers, End Users and Accounts PayableRequests reviews according to governance requirementsObtaining the appropriate approvals via DocuSignDocuSign reporting: preparation, review and analysisAd hoc Admin and Reporting tasksAttend weekly team meetings and 121 sessionsFrequency based preparation of associated SoX and internal controlsControl reviews in collaboration with the Procurement Operations Team LeadHighlight and mitigate potential risksProcess and maintain Nomad Group Procurement supplier master data within SAP MDG, ensuring submission according to governance with the appropriate approvals in line with the associated controls.Liaise with Procurement Buyers to resolve queries efficiently, engendering a good working relationship.Complete reporting requirements within the specified timelines, ensuring thorough analysis is completedEssential maintenance of master data recordsComplete control requirements within the specified timelines, ensuring thorough analysis is completed and approval is obtainedMaintain constant communication with key internal and external stakeholdersAny other ad hoc duties as directed by your line managerQualifications
Experience of a similar role with a data environmentStrong knowledge and experience with ExcelFluent English, strong communication skillsWillingness to learn, combined with very good communication styleAbility to learn fast and prioritise the tasks on a daily basisAbility to liaise and communicate with colleagues on all levels and build essential relationshipsHighly organized, self-motivated personHigh level of attention to detailConditioned to working within a controlled environmentMicrosoft Office skills including the ability to operate Microsoft forms, spreadsheets (Excel), and email (Outlook) at a proficient levelA good understanding of the Purchase To Pay working environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsWell organised with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailProactive and able to use own initiative to aid problem solvingDesirable
