We are recruiting a Chef de Partie at JosetteWe are classic French restaurant with seasonal menu

Requirement:Extensive knowledge of French cuisine (or eager to learn)Physical and mental training to work in a busy environment

The job offers:Flexible rota with working week from 40 to 48 hours a weekMonthly financial bonus on performance after probation periodbased contract including service charge from £14 to £16 per hour

We operate our restaurant like a family, we care for each other and organise monthly team building event.As a restaurant owner I have worked long enough to know that this job is difficult and stressful.Our goal is to ease the friction in order to enhance the pleasure we have in serving outstanding meal and pleasing customers
