IT Support OfficerTo contribute to the efficient and effective supply of IT Support across all Group sites Duties will include but are not limited to the following:To receive direction as and when required from the Customer Services Lead and IT Services ManagerTo carry out the installation, replacement, support and maintenance of Group desktop hardware and software, to include (and not limited to) PCs, printers, telephones, and mobile devices, Office/365 suite, and specialist software applications etcTo maintain user accounts including access rights, permissions, and groups within Active DirectoryTo provide first line support to the Group IT community for all IT facilities/services under the advice and guidance of Line ManagementTo help maintain security measures to minimise or eliminate potential abuse of Group IT systemsTo diagnose and repair IT equipmentTo liaise with relevant external agencies to resolve IT issues and implement recommendationsTo support and assist other IT Support Officers as and when requiredTo prepare, deliver and install IT equipmentTo assist curriculum and support staff in the efficient provision of ITTo assist in the implementation of IT projects as required where skills and experience are requiredTo respond to and complete IT support requests using the College''s IT Helpdesk and ticketing systemTo keep up to date with developments in ITTo travel to other sites to provide IT assistance as required.
